Kimberly Perkins holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Eastern Connecticut State
University and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University. She is
a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addictions Counselor in South Carolina. She
has experience working in the private sector, psychiatric units, substance abuse treatment,
residential treatment, outpatient community mental health, public schools and state agencies.
Kimberly has a broad range of clinical experience that includes working with those struggling
with depression, anxiety, stress management, family/relationship concerns, addiction, trauma,
domestic violence, legal issues and grief/loss. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support
and counseling to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. Kimberly is
committed to assisting each individual build on their existing strengths to live their best
possible life.
